By booking with Royal Class Transfer, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

  • Bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or official channels

  • Required details: name, pickup/drop-off, date/time, passengers

  • Booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us

  • We may decline requests at our discretion

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are fixed quotes based on booking details

  • Prices are in EUR and include VAT (unless stated otherwise)

  • Payment is required in advance or via card authorisation

  • Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, route changes, or extra mileage

Cancellations

  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% charge

  • Between 6โ€“24 hours before pickup: 50% charge

  • Rescheduling is allowed 24+ hours in advance (subject to availability)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days

Waiting Time & No-Show

  • Hotel pickups include 15 minutes free waiting time

  • Airport pickups include 45 minutes from flight landing time

  • No-show bookings are charged in full

  • Extra waiting time is billed in 15-minute intervals

Passengers & Luggage

  • Maximum 7 passengers per vehicle

  • Up to 5 large and 5 small suitcases

  • Oversized or special items must be declared in advance

Safety & Conduct

  • Smoking, drugs, and aggressive behaviour are not permitted

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times

  • The chauffeur may end the journey if safety is compromised

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for route changes, delays, excessive cleaning, damage, tolls, parking, bridge fees, holiday or late-night services, and special requests such as pets or extra luggage.

Liability

Royal Class Transfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for missed flights or lost personal belongings.

Vehicles & Service

We may substitute vehicles or chauffeurs when necessary, always ensuring equal or higher service quality.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and use it only for service communication. We do not sell or share personal data.

Legal

These terms are governed by Danish law and any disputes are subject to Danish courts.
